Light is a good. I hate stumbling around in the dark. Darkness is sometimes just a promise that the light will be coming, because it can't be dark forever, right? In Isaiah 49, God calls a prophet to be a light not just to the prophet's own people, but to the whole world. The Lord longs for the whole world to experience the light and hope God provides.
